Collada into glTF, animations and all.
Turn a Collada DAE file into a GLB in your browser, nothing uploaded: its parts, materials, pictures and animations, checked before you download it.

Collada was the common 3D format before glTF took its place. KeepSimp turns a .dae into a GLB in your browser, keeping what moves.
Drop the DAE with its pictures.
Open DAE to GLB and choose the .dae and its pictures together. The page names any picture it needs that is missing. Press Download GLB.
Before the file is offered, KeepSimp opens it again with its own reader and counts its triangles and measures its size; a file that does not match the model is not offered, and the page says what was wrong.
What the GLB keeps.
Its parts by name, its materials and pictures, and its animations. A Collada file says its unit and which way is up; the GLB is written in metres, standing on Y, as glTF wants.
Materials, made glTF's.
Collada materials are colours and a shine; glTF's are metal and roughness. Each colour and picture is kept, and the shine turned into roughness.
