A .gltf and its files, packed into one GLB.
Pack a .gltf with its .bin and pictures into one GLB in your browser, nothing uploaded and nothing decoded or written again, checked before you download it.

A .gltf names its data in other files, which get lost when it is sent. A GLB is the same model in one file. KeepSimp packs them in your browser without changing a byte of the data.
Choose the .gltf with its files.
Open glTF to GLB and choose the .gltf, its .bin and its pictures together. The page names any file the .gltf asks for that is missing.
Press Download GLB. Before the file is offered, KeepSimp opens it again with its own reader and counts its triangles and measures its size; a file that does not match the model is not offered, and the page says what was wrong.
Nothing is decoded or written again.
The buffers and pictures are copied into the GLB as they are, each on a four-byte boundary as the glTF specification asks; the description is kept as written, with its extensions, animations and materials. Squeezed data (Draco or meshopt) stays squeezed.
And the other way.
To get a .gltf and its .bin from a GLB, open the GLB and choose glTF under Turn it into: they come in a ZIP, with the pictures kept inside the .bin.
