An FBX as a GLB, animations and all.
Turn an FBX into a GLB in your browser, nothing uploaded: its materials, pictures and animations kept, at its real size, checked before you download it.

GLB is what the web, Android's 3D apps and most game engines read best; FBX is what many models come as. KeepSimp turns one into the other in your browser, keeping what moves.
Drop the FBX and download the GLB.
Open FBX to GLB and choose the .fbx and its pictures together. The GLB is chosen; press Download GLB.
Before the file is offered, KeepSimp opens it again with its own reader, counts its triangles and measures its size; a file that does not match the model is not offered, and the page says what was wrong.
What the GLB keeps.
Its parts by name, its materials and pictures, its skeletons and its animations. FBX materials are colours and a shine; glTF's are metal and roughness, so each colour and picture is kept and the shine turned into roughness.
The GLB is in metres, standing on Y, as glTF always is, worked out from the unit and the up direction the FBX says.
And back again.
A GLB can be turned into an FBX too, for programs that want one.
