An old 3D Studio file, opened today.

Open a 3DS file from 3D Studio in your browser, nothing uploaded: its parts and pictures, to turn round and measure, and keep as GLB, OBJ or FBX.

An old 3DS model opened in a browser

3DS was 3D Studio's format, from the days of DOS, and many old models and game assets still come in it. KeepSimp opens one in your browser with its own build of Assimp.

Drop the 3DS with its pictures.

Open the 3DS viewer and choose the .3ds and its pictures together; the page names any picture it needs that is missing.

3DS stands models on Z, as 3D Studio did; they are turned to stand upright.

Its size.

A 3DS file does not say plainly what its numbers mean, so the viewer asks; choose the unit it was made in if the size looks wrong.

Keep it in a format of today.

Choose Change the format for GLB, OBJ, STL or FBX.
