Tuning a guitar, by ear and by tuner.
How to tune a guitar (E A D G B E, low to high) with your microphone, one string at a time, and what the page means by sharp, flat and cents.

A guitar out of tune by a few cents already sounds wrong in a chord.
The strings.
Standard tuning is E A D G B E, low to high. Drop D lowers the low E to D; half step down lowers every string a semitone.
Which way to turn.
Play one string; the page says how many cents sharp (loosen) or flat (tighten), and In tune within 5 cents.
Hear it first.
Press a string's note to hear it played, then match it.
