OBJ opens almost anywhere. KeepSimp turns an FBX into one in your browser, with an .mtl for its colours and its pictures beside it, in one ZIP.
Drop the FBX and download the ZIP.
Open FBX to OBJ and choose the .fbx and its pictures together. Press Download OBJ; unpack the ZIP and keep its files in one folder.
Before the file is offered, KeepSimp opens it again with its own reader, counts its triangles and measures its size; a file that does not match the model is not offered, and the page says what was wrong.

OBJ cannot move, so animations and skeletons are left out and the model is written as it stands at rest; the page says so before you download.
OBJ says no unit: the OBJ is written in the unit you choose under Write its sizes in, metres unless you pick another.
