A sticker that keeps to Telegram's rules.
Make an animated Telegram sticker in your browser, nothing uploaded: a .tgs at 512 × 512, 60 frames a second and at most 3 seconds, as Telegram asks.

Telegram's animated stickers are small Lottie files with strict rules: a size, a frame rate, a length and a list of things they must not use. KeepSimp's Telegram sticker maker lets you draw one in your browser and writes a .tgs that keeps to them.
What Telegram asks.
Telegram's stickers page, read on 5 November 2026, asks for 512 × 512 pixels, 60 frames a second, at most 3 seconds and at most 64 KB, and the animation must loop.
It must not use images, solids, text, masks, layer effects, expressions, 3D layers, merge paths, star shapes, gradient strokes, repeaters, time stretching, time remapping or auto-oriented layers.
Start from a star that jumps.
The sticker maker opens on a star that jumps, spins and lands: 512 × 512, 60 frames a second, 2 seconds long, with a clear background. Change its colour, its jump and its spin, or draw your own.
Saved as a .tgs.
Export is already set to A Telegram sticker. The writer fits the artboard into 512 × 512, retimes it to 60 frames a second, cuts it to 3 seconds, and writes stars as paths and the background as a shape. A picture or a gradient stroke is refused, with the reason.
Before it is offered, the sticker is checked against the Lottie schema and played back by ThorVG. Words are written as their letters' outlines.
Add it to Telegram yourself.
KeepSimp does not send anything to Telegram. You add the .tgs to a sticker pack yourself, with Telegram's own @Stickers bot, as Telegram's stickers page describes.
