Counting down to a date: birthdays, holidays and anything you name.
Type an event or a date and see the days left, a live countdown and a calendar entry, with the rule each holiday's date follows. Nothing is sent.

How many days until your birthday, a trip or a holiday? Type it, and the page counts down.
Type it as you would say it.
Type Christmas, Diwali, Easter or Eid, a date such as 14 March or 2027-06-01, or both, as in my birthday 14 March. A day and month with no year is the next time it comes round. The page knows holidays by their rules and never looks anything up, so a release date or an exam is the date you give it.
Each date with its rule.
Christmas is 25 December; Easter Sunday follows the Western churches' reckoning from the spring full moon; Diwali, Holi, Eid and Chinese New Year follow lunar calendars and come from python-holidays' lists, and dates that wait on the moon being sighted are marked as estimates.
