How a habit tracker helps, and how to make one to print.
A habit tracker is a grid of habits against the days of a month. How to keep one going, and how to print one with your own habits.

Ticking a box each day is a small reward that keeps a habit going. Here is a page for it.
Habits against days.
Each habit is a row and each day of the month a square; weekends are shaded so the weeks stand out.
A few habits, kept small.
A short list is easier to keep: five habits fill the page with large squares, and up to 30 fit, smaller.
Keep it in sight.
Print it on the first of the month and put it where you will see it, such as the fridge or the desk.
