How to convert psi to bar, kPa and kg/cm².
A bar is 100,000 pascals and a psi about 6,894.76. How to convert tyre and pump pressures between psi, bar, kPa and kg/cm².

Tyre gauges and pumps show pressure in psi, bar or kPa. They all measure the same thing.
Psi to bar.
A psi is a pound-force on a square inch, about 6,894.76 pascals; a bar is exactly 100,000 pascals. So 32 psi is about 2.20632 bar and 1 bar about 14.5038 psi. A kPa is a hundredth of a bar.
Other pressures.
A standard atmosphere is exactly 101,325 Pa and a kilogram-force per square centimetre 98,066.5 Pa. The converter lists each under the answer.
Gauge pressure.
Tyre gauges show pressure above the air around them, so 32 psi on a gauge is about 2.2 bar above the atmosphere. Converting does not change that: both numbers are gauge pressure.
