Paste addresses or a spreadsheet's rows, choose the sheet by size, and print a PDF made in your browser, with a test page to check alignment first.

Printing a pile of addresses should not need a word processor's mail merge. Here is the quick way.

Paste the addresses.

Type or paste addresses with an empty line between them, or a spreadsheet's rows with its first row naming the columns; name, address, city, state and ZIP are put on their lines.

Choose the sheet by size.

Sheets are listed by paper, label size and count, such as Letter, 30 labels, 1 × 2⅝ inches, or A4, 21 labels. Measure your own if it is not listed.

Long lines, and a used sheet.

A line too long for its label is made smaller to fit and only then cut short, and the page says which labels it changed. To use a sheet you have started, set Start at label.
