Print the test page on plain paper and hold it over a sheet against a window. If the outlines sit off the labels, move them under More options.

Print at 100% or Actual size, with Fit to page off, on the paper size the sheet is made for. Words are drawn as shapes, so they look the same on every printer and cannot be selected in the PDF.

Questions people ask

Can I use a spreadsheet?
Yes. Paste its rows or open it saved as CSV; the first row names the columns, and name, address, city, state and ZIP are put on their lines.
What if an address is too long?
Its words are made smaller to fit, and only then cut short; the page says which labels were changed.
Are my addresses uploaded?
No. The PDF is made in your browser and nothing you type or open is sent anywhere.

This page is the Label maker, opened for this one job; every other tool it has is one press away. Each of its settings is explained on the Label maker's own page.
