What a car loan costs with interest.
Work out a car loan's monthly payment and what the car costs with interest over two to seven years, and why fees change the real rate.

A car loan is short, so the term and the rate matter more than you might think. Here is how to see it.
What you borrow.
Type the price less the down payment and any trade-in: the loan is only what you borrow.
A longer term.
A longer term lowers the monthly payment and raises the total interest; the answer says both, so the trade is plain.
Dealer offers.
Some offers quote a flat rate or add fees. The APR calculator shows what such an offer equals as an ordinary yearly rate.
