Time

Finding a meeting time across time zones that nobody hates.

See each place's working, waking and sleeping hours side by side, with its own weekend, and the best time said in words. Share it as a link or a calendar file.

The World clock's meeting planner for London, New York and Delhi, coloured by working, waking and sleeping hours

With people in three or more places there is rarely a time inside everyone's working day. The planner finds the least bad one.

Every place's day, side by side.

Each place gets a row across one day of the first place, half an hour at a time, coloured by its own clock: working hours, awake, or asleep. A place's weekend is its country's usual one, so a Friday in Riyadh or Dubai is shown as a weekend day. Working and waking hours can be changed under More options.

The best time, in words.

Above the rows the planner says the longest stretch inside working hours everywhere, such as 14:00–17:00 London time for London and New York. When there is none it gives the longest stretch when everyone is awake, and says so.

Send it.

Choose a half hour to see it in every place, then Add to calendar for an invitation file that every calendar shows in its own time, or Copy a link, which carries the places and the time after # and is never sent to a server.
