Large cities now; every town of over 15,000 people once the list loads.
The same hours apply in every place, by its own clock; each place's weekend is its country's usual one, from your browser's data.
Time-zone rules are your browser's; the page cannot tell how recent they are, and warns where a change is known to be newer than some browsers' data.
Times come from your browser's own time-zone data, and nothing you type is sent anywhere. Places are from GeoNames, CC BY 4.0, read from this site's own files when you search.
