Business day calculator

Working days between two dates, or added to one, without weekends and the public holidays of 250 countries. Free, with no account or uploads.

Count working days

Choose two dates and the country whose public holidays to skip. Your weekend days are under More options.

Dates follow the Gregorian calendar back to year 1, as computers do; before 1582 (1752 in Britain and its colonies) records were kept in the Julian calendar, so old dates may differ from what was written at the time.

Questions people ask

Which holidays does it know?
The public holidays of 250 countries from python-holidays, for 2020 to 2035, with each region's own days where they differ.
What if my weekend is not Saturday and Sunday?
Tick your own weekend days under More options. The usual weekend for the country is chosen first from your browser's own data.
Are moon-sighted holidays exact?
No. Holidays such as Eid wait on the moon being sighted, so their dates are estimates and are marked so; they can move by a day.
