Questions people ask
- Why fifteen minutes?
- Long enough to make progress on a task and short enough to start without dreading it, which is why it is used for study sprints and classroom activities.
- Can it show a ring instead of digits?
- Yes: under More options, show it as a ring that empties, which is easier to read across a room.
- What happens at the end?
- A bell rings and the page says the time it finished. Choose another sound under More options.
This page is the Timer, opened for this one job; every other tool it has is one press away. Each of its settings is explained on the Timer's own page.
