Questions people ask
- What is a Tabata?
- Twenty seconds of hard work and ten of rest, eight times: four minutes in all. Press Tabata and it is set.
- How do I know when to change?
- Three short pips count you into every change, and a longer pip marks it, so you do not have to watch the screen.
- Can I set my own rounds?
- Yes: set the work and rest in seconds and the number of rounds. A count-in of ten seconds comes first.
