A little help along the way

Follow the steps below. Every option is explained underneath.

Open the PDFDrop the PDF, choose it from your device or paste it. A locked file asks for its password. A frame lies over the first page.
Set the frameDrag an edge of the frame inwards, or type how many points to cut off the left, the top, the right and the bottom. What will be hidden is shaded. Press another page to put the frame there.
Choose the pagesThis page, All pages, or the pages you chose in the list of pages (the Pages button). The same is cut off each of them.
CropPress Crop, or Enter on an edge. The page is drawn again as it will be. Undo takes it back, and Show whole shows the whole sheet again.
DownloadPress Download. The file is read back and checked before your browser saves it.

Every option explained

What cropping does: A PDF page has a sheet and, on it, the part that is shown. Cropping makes that part smaller. What is outside is hidden, and it is still in the file: another program can show it again. To take something out for good, do not rely on cropping.
The keyboard: The edges of the frame are buttons. Tab goes from one to the next; the arrow keys move an edge by one point, or by ten with Shift; Enter crops. Y takes the tool in hand and Escape puts it down.
Turned pages: What is cut off is counted from the page as you see it, also when the file shows the page turned.
Page size: Resize makes pages the size of an A4 or a Letter sheet. What is on a page is made smaller or larger to fit and put in the middle, with its links, notes and form fields. A page that lies on its side gets a sheet on its side.
What you added: Text, pictures and drawings you added to a page stay where they are on what the page shows, through cropping and resizing.
All tools: This page is the PDF editor, opened for cropping. All tools shows the rest: text, pictures, shapes, highlights and signing.
